Add Member in Core is allocated subs_expiry_date today minus 365
Add Member is allocated subs_expiry_date today minus 365 in Core.
U4M allocates 01/01/0001.
The approach used in Core is not logical and should be the same as U4M ie: 01/01/0001.
Discussions with Peter have not uncovered any consequences to this change.
I have changed core UMAS to be 01/01/0001. This should now be consistent with UMAS4M. This default date could also be a setting in the database structure. Need to check with Jasmin.
